dc.descriptionThis article aims to describe how the school inclusion of people with disabilities (focusing on the deaf student) has occurred in the Federal Education Network, in view of the legal and historical context of educational legislation and its consequences in regular and professionals. In this sense, the methodological itinerary used in the development of this work went the way of bibliographical research. To this end it brings an initial discussion on the development of inclusive policies in the network, highlighting projects, schedules and actions developed. It contextualizes High School Technical Vocational Education (EPTNM) in view of the legal and practical peculiarities for the inclusion of the deaf student. It reflects on the challenges that the Federal Institutions of Education have for a process of inclusion of the real and successful deaf student, taking into consideration internal pedagogical changes, as well as the feasibility of the necessary accessibility for a truly inclusive practice. Thus, it must be considered that the Federal Network has developed inclusive actions, and sought to comply with educational legislation, but still needs to establish continuous inclusive processes for a successful and equitable training of the deaf student.en-US
dc.descriptionO presente artigo tem como objetivo descrever como a inclusão escolar de pessoas com deficiência (com enfoque no aluno surdo) tem ocorrido na Rede Federal de Ensino, tendo em vista o contexto legal e histórico das legislações educacionais e seus desdobramentos nas instituições de ensino regulares e profissionais. Neste sentido, o itinerário metodológico utilizado no desenvolvimento desse trabalho percorreu o caminho da pesquisa bibliográfica. Com esse intuito traz uma discussão inicial sobre o desenvolvimento de políticas inclusivas na rede, destacando projetos, programações e ações desenvolvidas. Contextualiza a Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio (EPTNM) diante das peculiaridades legais e práticas para a inclusão do aluno surdo. Reflete sobre os desafios que as Instituições Federais de ensino têm para um processo de inclusão do aluno surdo real e exitoso, levando em consideração de mudanças pedagógicas internas, assim como a viabilização das acessibilidades necessárias para uma prática realmente inclusiva. Assim, há de se considerar que a Rede Federal tem desenvolvido ações inclusivas, e procurado atender a legislação educacional, mas ainda precisa estabelecer processos inclusivos contínuos para uma formação exitosa e equânime do aluno surdo.pt-BR
